Driver given S59 warning for vehicle ASB

Residents of Little Melton and Hethersett have recently expressed concerns to officers about a particular issue of antisocial behaviour, involving a car that drives past homes with an excessively loud exhaust and performing wheel spins early in the morning. While this may not seem serious to some, it can be highly disruptive for those affected.

Beat Manager PC Smith reviewed footage submitted and went to speak to the driver, issuing them a Section 59 warning for the anti-social behaviour. This means if the vehicle is seen by an officer displaying any ASB in the future it will be seized.
